Now you can request a Pick Up in your home or office just
dialing from Mexico City: 52 (55) 5345 2000 or from the rest of the Country 01-800-7656-345 (01-800 SOLO DHL).
We advice you to prepare the following information that our
Customer Service Agent will ask:
     

Customer with account

  • DHL account number
  • Postal code of the pickup address
  • Destination (where are you sending the package)
  • Postal code destination
  • Content (description of your sending)
  • Total weight or approximated
  • Measures (large, wide and high)
  • Number of pieces
  • Approximated merchandise value
  • Pick Up service:

Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 17:00 pm.
Guadalajara and Monterrey
Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
*Mexico City
Saturday, 8:00 am to 13:00 pm (*some restricted places)
Rest of the Country
