Lee Spratt

Chief Executive Officer
Lee Spratt has been Chief Executive Officer of DHL eCommerce – Americas since 2008. Prior to this appointment, Lee held several top leadership positions within the company, including Senior Vice President of the Domestic Business Unit, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions (which includes Information Technology and Customer Service) and Vice President of Channel Sales.

Lee was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at QuikPak until 2004, when the catalog fulfillment company and two other shipping providers—Deutsche Post Global Mail and SmartMail—were integrated to form DHL Global Mail, which rebranded as DHL eCommerce in 2014. He previously served in various upper management roles at CheckFree Corp., an e-commerce software provider, and AT&T/Lucent Technologies.

Lee received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Terry Hilsman

Chief Financial Officer
Terry Hilsman has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of DHL eCommerce – Americas since 2007. Since joining Deutsche Post DHL in 2000, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for Global Customer Solutions and Senior Vice President in various finance roles, spearheading several business process outsourcing projects. In 2004, when Deutsche Post DHL merged three shipping companies to form DHL Global Mail—which rebranded as DHL eCommerce in 2014—Terry oversaw the financial aspects of the integration.

Prior to joining Deutsche Post DHL and DHL eCommerce, Terry honed his international finance skills at Royal Dutch Shell Finance in Hamburg, Germany, and The Hague, Netherlands.

Terry holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s degree in International Business. He has also participated in executive programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Tessy

Senior Vice President of Latin America and Canada
Paul Tessy was named Senior Vice President of Latin America and Canada in May 2014. Since joining DHL eCommerce - Americas in 2005, Paul has held several top leadership positions, including head of the International Business Unit, Customer Solutions (which includes Information Technology and Customer Service), Domestic Product Management and Network and Distribution, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Commercial & Strategy, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Sales.

Prior to joining DHL eCommerce, Paul was President & CEO of Spring Global Mail, a mailing company where he had also served as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Commercial and Network.

Paul received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from New College at the University of Toronto.

David Loonam

Vice President of Sales and Customer Service
David Loonam was named Vice President of Sales and Customer Service in June 2014. In this position, David is responsible for leading the company’s sales organization and Customer Service functions. Since joining DHL eCommerce in 2005, David has held several leadership positions including Vice President of Product Management, Marketing & Postal Relations, Vice President Product Management & Marketing & Commercial, and Vice President of Product Development.

David joined Deutsche Post DHL in 2003 when DHL Express merged with Airborne Express, where he began his career in 1993. He later joined DHL eCommerce in 2005 as Vice President of Customer Service.

David holds a B.A. in History from Central Washington University.

Brad Mathewson

Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
Brad Mathewson was named Vice President of Product Management and Marketing in June 2014. In this position, Brad is responsible for leading DHL eCommerce’s Product Management and Marketing functions. Since joining the company in 2001, Brad has held several leadership positions including Vice President Global Accounts and Western Regional Sales VP.

Brad holds a B.A. in Business Management and Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University.
